My day job: medical school

November 9, 2012

If you are wondering why this blog has been pretty slow recently, it’s probably because of medical school. We just started anatomy, which is very rewarding, but takes a lot of time dissecting, prosecting (when we go see what the other group dissected), changing clothes, trying to wash the formaldehyde smell off your hands, mispronouncing words like Treitz. In case you were curious, this is what a typical day looks like. Notable missing events: waking up Grisha to tell him about my dreams, Nutella toast for breakfast, beating Grisha in Scramble, coming home to a toasty warm house where Grisha has been letting pizza dough rise.
