Warm and fuzzy street art

I’ve always thought that the municipal lot next to Open Eye Cafe needed some color. Apparently someone else agreed.

    Ha! Neat! I remember in Edinburgh the Knitting Society (more commonly known as ‘Knit Soc’) yarn bombed around town — lamp posts.. trees.. someone even knit a scarf for the David Hume statue on the Royal Mile!

      Did it get scummy after a while? I’m afraid to go back downtown after yesterdays all-day drizzle and find everything soggy.

      And as far as knitting on statues – I like these 🙂

    Drove by on the way home from work – they still look great. Nice pop of color for a big expanse of concrete.
