Take that, groundhog!

The weather is incredible, but Grisha is refusing to go hiking with me this Saturday because the oven is on. He’s making his once-a-year chili for the Super Bowl, which requires about 24 hours of cooking. We justify using that much electricity to cook one dish by not turning on the heat all winter. Not that this has been much of a winter anyways.

Get ready for a guest post from Grisha soon. It’ll be hot and spicy and meaty. With no beans.
