Love from Lithuania

When someone asks to use a photo of you for their blog and you trust them to do so in good faith because of their genuine enthusiasm and graciousness, you are still a little unnerved when you see the caption in a foreign language. Those smiley faces could be mocking, malicious or judgmental. And what sentiment merited  all-caps? But if paranoid, slightly-self-conscious curiosity is the price I pay for the most wonderful pair of slippers I have ever encountered (and I was a Russian major mind you) – count me in.
